About Redeem Ministries
Redeem Ministries, a family church with a global vision, exists to minister to the needs of its community at large.
With love and kindness, Redeem welcomes individuals of all walks of life who seek to discover Jesus Christ and His all encompassing love and salvation. Our Savior and His heart for all people are presented through worship experiences, biblical study sessions, empowering conferences, educational workshops, fellowship opportunities as well as engaging and enriching ministries for adults and children.
A pillar of our community for almost 40 years, Redeem Church was founded by the late Elder L.C. Dorris. The seeds of Christ, community and commitment planted by Pastor Dorris continue to grow and reach out to individuals and families, making Redeem an oasis of help, hope and healing.
Under the leadership of Pastor Eugene Fears, Jr. Redeem is moving forward, expanding ministries to reach as many people as possible with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Our Mission is to demonstrate God’s love for the world by winning souls for the Kingdom of God; to strengthen and perfect the members of our local church, by ministering to the needs of our church community at large, as God directs us.
“Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.” – Mark 16:15
We believe the bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.
We believe that there is One God, eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the church of God, which is in Christ, at His return.
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing in prayer.
We believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost, by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in this present world.
